Is an interruption of limitation a right which is always transferred under an assignment to assignee?

04.11.2019All rights connected with a receivable shall pass along with it to the assignee.
There is an exception to this rule. The course of limitation is not interrupted in respect of assignee, who is not a bank by prior enforcement proceeding based on the bank’s enforcement order commenced by a bank.
